Lloyd and Jonathan Blair are the co-founders of Tactical Inspections & Aerial Imaging LLC, a veteran and family-owned property inspection company based in Apple Valley. A two-time Marine combat veteran and InterNACHI-certified inspector, Lloyd brings more than 25 years of hands-on construction experience to the business. He founded Tactical with his brother Jonathan Blair, a University of Kansas graduate, lifelong wheelchair user, and FAA Part 107 drone pilot. Together, they built the company around their complementary experience and a shared goal of creating a trusted local service business in the High Desert. Tactical provides residential and light-commercial property inspections, sewer scopes, thermal imaging, roof and drone inspections, aerial imaging, and is expanding into progress and draw inspections.
